Recognition and Derecognition Ballots (Qualified Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001

This Order addresses the issue of the appointment of a 'Qualified Independent Person' (QIP) in relation to ballots for recognition/derecognition of a trade union for collective bargaining purposes.  The Order was amended to include a new list of QIPs, which came into effect on 16/01/05.
